一年一度的跳繩同樂日，除了進行班際跳繩比賽之外，還設計了各項競技遊戲供同學們一較高下。是次活動亦協助「香港心臟專科學院」籌募經費，支持學院繼續推行「跳繩強心」計劃及其他心臟健康推廣活動。
今次榮幸邀請到「跳繩強心」計劃的人員蒞臨本校講解心臟健康教育，並且由精英運動員示範花式跳繩，同時讓同學們體驗花式跳繩的樂趣。當日本校安排了雪糕車到校派發雪糕，讓大家消暑解熱。全校同學度過了一個既愉快又難忘的跳繩同樂日。
The annual Jump Rope Fun Day, in addition to holding inter-class jump rope competitions, also featured various competitive games for students to compete against each other. This event also helped the "Hong Kong College of Cardiology" raise funds to support the institute's "Jump Rope for Heart" program and other heart health promotion activities.
This time, we are honored to invite the staff of the "Jump Rope for Heart" program to our school to give a lecture on heart health education, and elite athletes will demonstrate fancy jump rope skills, allowing students to experience the joy of fancy jump roping. On the day, our school arranged for an ice cream truck to come to the school to distribute ice cream, allowing everyone to cool down and beat the heat. All the students spent a happy and unforgettable Jump Rope Fun Day.
