同學們參觀了大坑火龍文化館，透過館內導賞深入了解舞火龍背後有趣的故事、其作為非物質文化遺產的文化底蘊，以及該建築物的歷史意義。在參觀過程中，同學們還參加了「黃梔子茶粿製作工作坊」，親手學習製作傳統客家茶粿。透過多元互動，同學們完成了一次豐富又具意義的文化探索與實作學習活動。
Our students visited the Tai Hang Fire Dragon Heritage Centre to learn about the fascinating history behind the Fire Dragon Dance, its cultural significance as an intangible cultural heritage item, and the historical value of the building itself. During the visit, students participated in the Gardenia Hakka Steamed Rice Cake Workshop, where they learned to make traditional Hakka food hands-on. It was a rich, engaging, and meaningful cultural learning experience.
